SAP Solutions Architect – 3 Months initially – Antwerp

Essential – SAP, SD, MM, PP, Architecture

My client is looking to secure a SAP Solutions Architect to build a blueprint for all processes and scope outline of: -
Conduct workshops
Help of an appointed facilitator
Support of the SAP team
With the owners and key users of Finance, Planning, Procure to Pay, Make to Stock and Order to Cash teams.
Taking in account the existing configuration of SAP/SD, SAP/MM, SAP/PP and conventions across Europe.
Get alignment of team and prepare implementation of the SAP/SD Plant with at least a blueprint and identifying (collecting when appropriate) the associated master data.
Keep a focus on master data governance:
Ensure compatibility with the Master Data register across systems and functions.
Refer to the master data governance for addition and changes.
Identify RAID items
Support communications to stakeholders on blueprint: e.g. Finance, ERP, Procurement, Maintenance, Engineering.
Support the development of a Deployment Plan appropriate to support the integration Team Master Schedule.

Sap Solutions Architect deliverables from this exercise will include:-

• Commercial Blueprint
• Cover process flows, technical specifications, and integration points.
• Associated Master Data.
• Implementation Planning: Setting up, testing, and deploying solutions to ensure seamless operation with other modules.
• Identification of key business stakeholders and IT teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Briefing Presentation to client’s sponsors
