Job Duties
The candidate should be able to coordinate, manage and lead the businesses statutory and regulatory obligations. The successful candidate should be able to keep the office running efficiently, by answering phones, taking messages or directing calls, handling incoming and outgoing emails and mail, drafting memos and proofing company correspondence
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Provides information to employees and customer contacts by answering questions and requests
- Works under practically no direction or supervision of all duties
- Operates autonomously and keeps supervisor's operation functioning efficiently
- Interprets company policies
- To prepare materials needed by the supervisors for: Conference, Correspondence, Appointments, Meetings ..... etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is desirable for this position
Computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), is essential
Previous experience in supporting multiple team members specially in an Oil and Gas environment is very desirable
