Emerson is looking for a Program Manager for PRV & Tank Quote Tools based in Stafford, Texas. In this role, you will coordinate programs focused on developing tools for the sizing, selection, configuration, pricing, and quoting of Pressure Management products. Your responsibilities will include understanding and prioritizing both business and user needs, while collaborating with software development teams to bring solutions to life. You will also ensure the quotation tool delivers an outstanding user experience!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To Collaborate with collaborators to understand business needs, processes, and future vision.
• Gather user input and prioritize functional requirements for quote tools and related software.
• Work with IT teams, domain experts, and external partners to develop and integrate key data sources and services.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by generating insights, recommending improvements, and conducting testing.
• Track project milestones, identify barriers, and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize improvements, bug fixes, and issue resolution with development teams.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for internal and external users.
• Represent Pressure Relief Valves in digital commerce initiatives, with occasional travel (

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or Business Information Systems
• 5+ years of related business experience in either quotation experience for valves or similar process control equipment.
• Solid business understanding of quotations, order management, and tool implementation.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with collaborators, sales office users, and software development teams to develop software and resolve bugs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience with providing user requirements for or managing software development is preferred.
• Oracle or SAP experience preferred
