We are hiring an Education Services Program Manager responsible for managing projects and ensuring they are delivered successfully-on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
This role will drive Education Services roadmap projects throughout the year, including end-to-end development of training courses, their release to manufacturing or launch, and other strategic projects of Education Services.
This position involves collaborating with collaborators to define project standards and methodologies, ensuring consistency and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture and drive strategic alignment!

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
- Managing all project phases, from initial design through completion and handover to the customer.
- Documenting project scope, progress, and key decisions effectively.
- Providing regular progress reports to customers and senior managers.
- Defining and enforcing project standards and methodologies.
- Creating an environment that enables teams to perform at their best.
- Owning projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining cross-functional partnerships (services, data management, manufacturing, etc.).
- Offering expert guidance and insights in decision-making processes.
- Making strategic decisions on scope, schedule, and resources within defined project parameters; bringing up critical issues to project sponsors when necessary.
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant project management processes and standards.
- Overseeing resource allocation, budgeting, and task assignments.
- Continuously reviewing and analyzing project scope for alignment with objectives.
- Managing partner and customer expectations proactively.
- Identifying potential risks early and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
- Upholding the highest quality standards throughout the project.
- Effectively managing multiple projects in parallel.

For this Role, You will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Deep understanding of Project Management principles, documentation, and planning.
- Knowledge of cross-functional deliverables critical to product development.
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to set clear expectations across teams and customers.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at a high-quality standard.
- Quick adaptability to technical, behavioral, and contextual elements of a project.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of schedule, cost, and scope dependencies for effective planning and problem-solving.
- Experience leading large-scale projects and reporting progress to key team members.
- Ability to engage in constructive conversations that foster team growth and professional development.
- Comfortable delegating responsibilities within an organizational structure.
