The Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Internspecializing in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering to join our innovative team.The ideal candidate will assist with research projects that involve thedevelopment and improvement of chemical products and processes. This internshipprovides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-pacedresearch environment and contribute to exciting projects. The role entails traveling to India to secure an International Internship exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and execution of experiments -
  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyze data to evaluate product performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and chemists to optimize existing products and develop new ones. -
  • Prepare samples and assist in the characterization of new compounds using various analytical techniques (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy).
  • Document experimental procedures and results accurately in lab notebooks and electronic databases.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to the team.
  • Conduct literature reviews to stay current on advancements in chemical R&D relevant to ongoing projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, following safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in organic and inorganic chemistry principles.
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques, equipment, and instrumentation used in chemical analysis and synthesis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with laboratory data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
