We are currently seeking a Lead Application Engineer to join our team in our Perth, WA or Brisbane, QLD office.
This is a key role for the successful delivery of HCI Solution applications and services to our clients in the Pacific region. This position is responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of project activities within each defined project, including Service Projects, GMP and Collaboration Projects.
This position directly reports into the Application Engineering Manager - Optimisation and Simulation (Pacific).
The Lead Application Engineer is a subject matter expert (SME) who will be required to utilise their skills for client consultation assignments and mentoring intermediate and graduate engineers.
SME responsibility may include the development of portfolio business plans and their execution to drive growth.
Lead Application Engineer may also take additional responsibility of 2IC. 2IC will be either be a Lead or Advanced Application Engineers, responsible for supporting the Application Engineering Manager with allocated duties, such as labour SIOP, timesheet approval, leave approvals and playbook preparation and holding safety meetings.

Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Master's in engineering/technology: Essential
- Bachelor's in engineering/technology: Essential
- Minimum 15 years of APC/OTS experience
- Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience
- Able to work as a team member and capable of interfacing and working with a wide range of personalities.
- Strong proven technical skills and Strong industry knowledge in LNG or MMM is preferred
