As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen. It won't always be easy, growing takes grit. But at ABB, you'll never run alone. Run what runs the world.

This Position reports to:
UK & Ireland Sales Manager

Are you ready to lead the charge in one of the fastest-growing sectors of industrial automation? ABB Robotics is seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to spearhead strategic growth in the eCommerce and logistics space. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge robotics solutions, helping global and local businesses transform their operations with intelligent automation. As part of ABB's Business Line Industries sales strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving profitable growth as you develop, implement, and manage strategic account plans targeting key players in the eCommerce and logistics automation sector.

As an Account Manager within ABB Robotics, you'll play a central role in driving growth and innovation in the automation of eCommerce and logistics-two of the most rapidly evolving industries. Reporting into the UK & Ireland organization and operating remotely, you'll be responsible for both strategic account management and proactive business development, with a strong focus on delivering tailored automation solutions that meet the unique needs of end users.

You'll lead the sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing, working closely with internal technical teams, marketing, and channel partners to ensure seamless delivery. Your role will involve negotiating specifications and pricing, preparing customer proposals, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.

In addition to managing existing accounts, you'll actively seek out new opportunities, identifying emerging trends and customer pain points that ABB's robotics solutions can address. You'll be expected to monitor project progress, resolve challenges swiftly, and maintain a strong understanding of customer financial health to mitigate risk and protect ABB's commercial interests.

This is a role reporting into the UK & Ireland organisation, and home based.
