What are you going to do

Position: HOD Proposal.

Contract: On Permanent Role.

• Candidate should have handled proposals in the field of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Cryogenics or Fertilizers;
• He should have experience in the following activities:
• Formulating winning strategy;
• Cost Estimation of EPCC (LSTK) and Services Proposals;
• Risk Analysis Technical and commercial;
• Ability to benchmark the cost;
• Cash flow Analysis;
• Ability to raise and filter the critical technical and commercial Queries;
• Ability to understand the cost trends (metals etc.);
• Implementation of Quality system;
• He should have the following skill set:
• Should have good leadership quality;
• Strong communication skills;
• Shall be able to Inspire, lead the team.

Essential skills and knowledge

• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: B.Tech / M.Tech ( B.E. / M.E.) Chemical / Mechanical;
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: ~ 20+ Years.
