In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Early engagement with Engineering & Development (E&D) on sourcing activities.
- Developing strategic sourcing plans for projects, including multi-source, re-use, ES, and low-cost country (LCC) sourcing.
- Collaborating with strategic purchasers and commodity managers to secure supplier readiness (technology, processes, etc.)
- Managing direct material costs for assigned projects.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure products are designed for efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
- Coordinating tasks and teams across multiple factories and executing project timelines effectively.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A BSc or MSc in Engineering or Business.
- A strong understanding of sourcing principles and supplier collaboration.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
- Fluency in English and Swedish languages.

- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experience in a matrix organization
