As a Customer Service Representative (Benelux), you are the first point of contact for our RIDGID customers and internal departments. You play a crucial role in improving the delivery performance of Emerson Professional Tools and supporting the Amazon business.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Answering incoming calls and processing orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards).
• Advising customers about our products and outstanding orders via phone and email.
• Supporting the Sales Office and referring inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Performing various administrative tasks related to customer records.
• Working within the European Customer Service team with a focus on the Benelux markets.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in a commercial, customer-focused, and international Customer Service team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• A technical interest and affinity with technology
• Familiar with the order-to-cash process; experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
