- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support process improvement and employer branding initiatives
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, including 1-2 years focused on IT or technical roles
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Proven ability to work across multiple functions and manage competing priorities
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
- Comfortable working onsite in Montreal 4 days per week (hybrid model)
