Job Description
• Conduct online research to identify middle school and high school teachers who organize student trips.
• Conduct online research to identify middle school and high school principals of large schools with high enrollment and socioeconomic demograhpics.
• Conduct online research to identify principals of private middle and high schools in major metro areas assigned from the company.
• Gather relevant lead data (contact details, school information, trip history) and input it into an organized database (Excel or other tools).
• Perform outbound email and phone outreach to potential clients to introduce Trip Tours services.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups with interested leads.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses.
• Collaborate with the internal team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Utilize provided phone and email systems for outreach efforts (assistance with setup available if needed).

Skill Set
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, research, or a similar role is preferred. • Strong online research and data collection skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management. • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines. • Experience using a CRM system is a plus but not required.
