Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance ERP Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our financial processes are optimized and aligned with our business objectives. You will have a chance to work with various interesting projects including multiple S/4HANA projects. • Act as SAP subject matter expert in Finance. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO module. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other modules and systems. • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance. • Understand finance business processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape our ERP landscape. • Plan, monitor, organize, and oversee projects. • Build effective two-way communication with the internal customers to continually improve systems and ensure customer satisfaction. • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and developments, including changes in business processes. E.g. stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features and functionalities. • Lead a team of FICO consultants.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Analyst
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and support
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Process Improvement & Optimization skills
• Project Management skills
• Leadership skills
• SAP certification is an advantage
