Job Description Summary
Actively participate in strengthening our teaming culture by supporting the advancement of Teaming principles consistent with the site's Teaming strategy
Model and advocate the importance of teaming by aligning it with business goals, programs and key processes across all employee groups. Ensure that the site's teaming priorities are defined, communicated and tracked which will include providing a regular rhythm of communication. Partner with the Plant Leadership, support staff and hourly employees to solidify teaming tier advancement that aligns with shop priorities & metrics.
Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.
The Site Teaming Leader will also own the sustainment of our culture by engaging the site on a thoughtful path to a self-directed & autonomous environment that meets customer needs.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
- Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field
- Lead the Teaming Steering Committee and participate in all subcommittees to accomplish teaming goals
- Utilize business knowledge, experience and resources to provide expertise in analyzing training needs, assisting in the execution of training solutions for teams, the site and other Supply Chain facilities
- Demonstrate a range of coaching techniques to help foster a culture shift towards teaming sustainment and a self-directed workforce
- Demonstrate thought leadership by providing recommendations and feedback to plant leadership on solutions that enable the teams to reach desired teaming outcomes
- Act as resource for colleagues in guiding employees to the right resources to solve day to day employment issues
- Mentor People Leaders to empower and inspire teams to advance to higher tiers and work to meet business metrics
- Be a change agent and trusted advisor for the site by challenging and inspiring others to come together on this journey
- Partner with the Supply Chain Teaming resources and other facilities to leverage different teaming strategies and consistently best-practice share
- Be a liaison, facilitator and / or coach on more complicated conflict management situations
- Evenly support and prioritize across all staff levels and all shifts to ensure there is consistency in teaming development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory, management, human resources , and/or leadership experience
