As an Application System Solution Specialist you will own the creation and execution of analytical systems, for liquid and gas. The role should cover how to successfully meet and exceed top line sales targets, promotional campaigns, defining and communicating unmet customer needs, scope new market opportunities and roll out plans to capture them, create clarity on solution positioning in the market, understand competitive threats and the design and roll out of counter strategies, train and coach the sales channel through the Solution Selling model.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Promote the solutions, to achieve bookings and sales targets, by developing sales strategies aligned with those of the country and business unit.
- Gain and apply industry knowledge to develop market penetration plans to achieve budgeted sales and growth commitments.
- Identify new business opportunities (industries, applications, customers), convert them into action plans and establish measures with sales management for success.
- Provide input to and participate in the New Product Development process.
- Conduct, and distribute the results of, market analyses and competitor surveys
- Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to address and counter-act them.
- Actively participate in customer oriented events, site visits, sales campaigns, product lectures, industry conferences, etc.
- Attend relevant technical and commercial trainings as required to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Analytical engineering capability need
- 3 years' experience in process analytical system solution and / or customer service department
- Customer interface skills with proven leadership capability of deep understanding of sales process
- Be fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
- MS Windows programs (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word) and Internet knowledge

- Very good interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relations at the top-level management
- Good knowledge/experience of engineered systems solution for analytical and flow skids
