As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist (English Speaking) here at Honeywell Building Automation, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential in effectively communicating with our English-speaking customers and providing them with a seamless experience. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and you'll work out of our Katowice, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of our business by building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking customers, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English (min. C1)
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools (nice to have)
