System One is assisting a Tulsa energy client with a search for a Gas Plant Accountant. This position works with a great team who excel in their areas of expertise. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Involved with routine and complex assignments related to gas plant accounting and government reporting
• Handles nom & actual residue sales invoicing for all NGGP plants
• Completes the weekly, monthly, and annual Energy Information Administration (EIA) reporting for each plant
• May be involved in TIPS related special projects depending on experience
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience in Gas Plant Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting systems, experience in TIPS a plus
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Team player with ability to work well with others at all levels
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills
• Great attitude with a strong work ethic

Salary: $70K - $90K
