What are you going to do

As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to accommodation facilities on FPSO vessels. Your duties will include overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of living quarters, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of accommodation staff. You will also be responsible for resolving any accommodation-related issues that may arise and maintaining a high standard of living conditions for all personnel on board.

Essential skills and knowledge

- Proven experience as an Accommodation Supervisor or similar role in the offshore industry- Knowledge of FPSO operations and accommodation standards

- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule offshore
