This Position reports to:
Supply Quality Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification - Smart Building Division, factory in Santa Palomba (RM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining quality requirements, gates, and process control plans while designing tools for incoming inspections.
• Establishing quality procedures, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Leading continuous improvement in product and process quality, coordinating activities to meet business targets.
• Managing non-conformities, collaborating across functions, and driving root cause analysis using the DMAIC approach.

Qualifications:

• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Statistical Analysis and statistical software (i.e. Minitab). Knowledge of lean six sigma methodology will be considered a plus.
• You are innovative around Willingness to express your full potential bringing-in your value added, ideas and passion to continuously innovate daily job and solution. Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
