This Position reports to:
Sales & Service Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Creation of energy savings calculations and analysis of data from energy audits, evaluation of results, and development of recommendations for energy savings.
• Active search for business opportunities with customers (primarily in the area of energy savings).
• Negotiations with customers, maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying key customer needs, creating business offers, and resolving business cases.
• Monitoring market and competitor situations.
• Preparation of training, documentation, and support for internal teams.

Qualifications for the role:

• Knowledge of the economic environment in the Czech Republic (Knowledge of the Energy sector or another specific market segment in the Czech Republic).
• Advanced knowledge of Czech and English (C1 - written and oral communication).
• Argumentation skills and communication abilities.
• Customer orientation, independence, and proactive approach to work.
• Frequent travel within the Czech Republic.
