Asa Real Estate Facilities Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible foroverseeing the management and operations of our real estate portfolio. You willplay a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization, maintenance, andoptimization of our facilities. Your expertise in real estate management andfacilities operations will contribute to creating a safe, efficient, andproductive environment for our employees and customers.

You will report to our Real Estate Director and work from our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our business by ensuring that ourreal estate assets are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and alignedwith our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsto develop and implement strategies for optimizing our real estate portfolioand driving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the management and optimization of ourreal estate portfolio, including interpretation of lease agreements, propertymaintenance, and space utilization.
  • Develop and implement real estatestrategies to align with business objectives, optimize space requirements, andenhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in site selection,negotiation, and tenant improvements to ensure that facilities meet the needsof our business and comply with regulations.
  • Manage a team of real estateprofessionals, including facility managers, engineers, and support staff, toensure effective facility operations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors andcontractors to deliver high-quality facility services and maintenance.
  • Interface with government andregulatory entities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with all levels ofbusiness leaders to provide updates on real estate activities and address anyissues or concerns.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salaryrange for this position is $138,000 - $168,000. Please note that this salaryinformation serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factorswhen extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience incorporate real estate management, including strategy development.
  • Significant experience with a diversereal estate portfolio.
  • Proven track record of successfulleadership of teams.
  • Strong analytical ability and writtenand verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills andprofessionalism.
