SAP Logistics & GTS System Administrator as a Logistics& GTS (Global Trade Services) System Administrator here at Honeywell, youwill be accountable for the administration and maintenance of our logistics andglobal trade services systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring thereliability, security, and optimal performance of these systems, assisting ourlogistics and global trade operations. You will report directly to our IT Director,and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significantimpact by:
- Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance oflogistics and GTS systems
- Expertise in applicabledomain areas in SAP Logistics, Outbound/Inbound Deliveries, Shipmentdocuments, XPS/CSO implementation acrossDCs, 4PL integration, CarrierIntegration, Third Party Integration, SAP GTS or any other GTS applications
- Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolvingtechnical issues
- Expertise in MM (Materials Management), Inbound Delivery,Goods Receipt processes and Familiarity with interface design (e.g., IDocs,BAPIs, or middleware) for inbound/outbound stock updates
- Expertise in the following SAP GTS Modules for ComplianceManagement, Customs Management, Risk management - Free Trade Agreements
- Collaborating withcross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements
- Ensuring system security and compliance with global traderegulations
- Providing training and facilitating to end users of thesystems
- Documenting systemconfigurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer andstandardization
- Design, configure, and implement SAP LE/WM solutions tomeet business requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance oflogistics and GTS systems
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technicalissues
• S/4 HANA is a plus
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and executesystem upgrades and enhancements
• Ensure system security and compliance with global traderegulations
• Provide training and facilitate to end users of thesystems
• Document system configurations, processes, and proceduresto facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization
YOU MUST HAVE
• 7+ years of experience in SAP ERP Logistics, SAP GTS, 3PL,TMC, 4PL, 3PL, 3rd party integration applications.
• Experience with S/4HANA or cloud-based SAP deployments(RISE) is preferred
• Design, configure, and implement SAP LE/WM solutions to meetbusiness requirements
• Provide guidance and facilitate to stakeholders on bestpractices and industry trends in sourcing and procurement
• Strong knowledge of logistics and global trade servicessystems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strongcommunication and collaboration abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field
• Industry-recognized certifications in systemsadministration or network management
• Previous experience in logistics or global tradeoperations
• Familiarity with customs regulations and global tradecompliance
