As a Compensation Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a crucial role to ensure a performance-driven, market-competitive, fair, and compliant compensation program. You will be the expert on compensation policies and procedures, enabling HR to better support the business.
You will report directly to our Director of Compensation, and you will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing compensation policies, providing technical expertise, measuring and reporting on compensation data, and supporting the businesses in complex situations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of its Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Until that is finalized, you will be an employee of Honeywell. It is the intention that this role will convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. We expect this to occur in later 2025 or early 2026

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies
- Provide technical expertise and support to HR and business leaders
- Measure and report on compensation data
- Monitor market trends through surveys and networking
- Review and approve job and compensation changes
- Assist in the development and approval of competitive employment offers
- Educate and train the HR team on compensation matters
- Develop tools and processes to support HR with compensation matters
- Ensure consistent application of pay philosophy and drive a pay-for-performance culture

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in regional compensation and benefits roles
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Ability to quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
