The HR Manager will provide HRbusiness partnership/leadership primarily for the Finance and Legal Functional Organizations. There will be exposure to significant organizational design, projectmanagement, and business transformation initiatives. You will actively engagein staffing critical leadership roles and building internal succession,organizational development, and talent management, in addition to utilizingyour HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles withbusiness objectives. You will increase the overall performance of theorganization by creating strong interactive partnerships with your clientgroups. You will support the building of a workforce that creates a competitiveadvantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will drivecontinuous improvement and lead change in a premier Human Resourcesorganization.

- Support talent and performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee relations
- Facilitate change initiatives and organizational effectiveness

MUST-HAVES:
- 5+ years of HR experience in finance, legal, or a related field, with a focus on HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong HR skills, including legal and process compliance
- Ability to influence leaders and others
- High ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
- Previous experience in large, global businesses with cultural and organizational understanding
- Self-motivated and proactive with a customer-focused approach
- Strong employee relations skills and continuous improvement focus
- Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and thoughtfulness.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR activities.
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Legal, Human Resources or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MA/MS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, E-Mail, PowerPoint)
- Generalist background supporting Functional business Leadership teams
