As a Finance Manager, Analytics here at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and guidance to thebusiness. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifyingtrends, and providing insights that drive business growth and profitability. Withyour strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will contribute toinformed decision-making and help shape the financial success of theorganization.

You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'llwork out of our headquarters in Morris Plaines, New Jersey on a hybrid workschedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by:
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and provideinsights for business growth and profitability
- Developing and implementing financial strategies tooptimize revenue and minimize costs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drivefinancial planning and budgeting processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and companypolicies
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for seniormanagement
- Partnering with IT and commercial finance to drive best inclass finance analytics tools

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis orrelated roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaborate withcross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
