Project Management Specialist II

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor schedules and track project milestones.
- Measure and report on program performance.
- Champion and lead change management processes.
- Facilitate and improve workflow processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate project meeting minutes and documentation.
- Perform cost control activities, including reporting, analysis, and executive report preparation.
- Review and analyze cost and schedule variances; recommend corrective actions.
- Identify root causes, impacts, and propose corrective actions for project anomalies.
- Track and manage project budgets and financial data.
- Evaluate and monitor subcontractor and vendor performance.
- Prepare, publish, and present project metrics and reports.
- Analyze and assess program risks.
- Support cost-schedule integration activities.
- Review and interpret job contract documents.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager and leadership.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply strong critical thinking skills while demonstrating core project management capabilities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Proven financial acumen.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, CORA, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management best practices and methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
