You will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the documentation control process for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of all documents, as well as implementing and maintaining document control procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in ensuring that our documentation is up to date and easily accessible to the relevant stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Document Control Manager and you'll work out of our location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our document control process. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in ensuring that our documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. By maintaining a well-organized and efficient document control system, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the document control process, including document creation, revision, and distribution.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of all documents.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize documentation for various projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the effectiveness of the document control process.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• English proficiency.
• Proficiency in document control software and systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control.
