As the P2P Global Head, you will be accountable for guiding and overseeing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement global P2P strategies and best practices to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
- Guide and manage a team of P2P professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and facilitation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align P2P processes with business objectives and ensure seamless integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the P2P function.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on P2P processes and operations.
- Strong guiding and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, systems, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline (preferred).
- Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
- Experience in a global procurement environment and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Continuous learning and adaptability.
