As a Global Director of Credithere at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be accountable for developing,implementing, and managing comprehensive trade credit policies, strategies, andrisk mitigation approaches for Solstice Advanced Materials' global commercialoperations.
You will report to Treasury, and you'll work outof our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, youwill impact the financial governance of Solstice Advanced Materials byoverseeing credit approval processes, managing credit exposure acrossinternational markets, and developing and maintaining relationships with externalcredit agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop a global team that evaluates credit risk, makesrecommendations on and sets risk class and credit limits on customer accounts.
- Design and implement an enterprise-wide trade credit risk managementframework.
- Develop credit assessment models for global customer portfolios. Implementadvanced credit scoring and monitoring systems.
- Establish credit limits and terms aligned with Solstice AdvancedMaterials' business objectives.
- Create and maintain credit risk dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Oversee credit approval processes for complex, high-value transactions.Negotiate complex credit terms with strategic customers.
- Manage credit exposure across diverse international markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external credit agencies.
- Establish performance metrics and professional development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk awareness.
- Work with sales, finance, legal, and regional business units at SolsticeAdvanced Materials.
- Present credit risk insights to senior executives.
- Assume a senior role within Treasury and Credit, often called upon toassist management with special assignments and training of employees.
- Champion internal change across regions, prepare and lead trainings,team members development plans.
- Ad-hoc project leadership as and when required, based on the departmentrequirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Min. bachelor'sdegree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
- 10-15 years ofprogressive experience in corporate credit management.
- Extensiveexperience in the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstratedability to lead, train, teach, or coach business professionals.
- Extensiveknowledge in analyzing Customer Credit Reports and Financial Statements ofcustomers.
- Strongproblem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency inSAP systems, MS Office, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Fluency in English.
