As a Senior Digital MarketingSpecialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developingand executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customerengagement, and lead generation. You will leverage various digital channels,including website, social media, email marketing, and search engineoptimization (SEO), to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and you'll work out of ourBucharest location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact thecompany's online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth througheffective digital marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and SEO
  • Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and SEO
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, tobe named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This isexpected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
