Senior HR Partner

As a Senior HR Partner at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will have a significant impact on the organization by working with employees, business leaders and managers to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and drive strategies to support the development and retention of our talented workforce.

In this role, you will report to the EMEA HR Director, and work within a hybrid structure (3+2). You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement, and HR policies and processes for multiple countries across Europe, including Romania.

Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Multi-country responsibility for day-to-day queries from employees and managers within Europe
  • Coordinate the end-to-end hire to retire process for employees in multiple countries around Europe
  • Talent Management: Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits
  • Business Partnering: Strategic Partner, Employee Relations and Labor Law, Business acumen, Facilitating Change

Key requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven HR Generalist / HR Partner experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in using various tools and platforms to generate insights and reports
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
  • Fluent level of English and Romanian - must have, working language skills in one or more of the following: Italian/French/Spanish - nice to have
