About the Role:
Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international contractor delivering complex onshore projects across the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
- Manage key aspects of change management, contract administration, and risk mitigation
- Champion a strong HSE culture, embedding best practices across all project phases
- Build and lead multi-disciplinary project teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Interface with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
- Monitor progress and performance using internationally recognised project methodologies and tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale EPC projects, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors
- Strong track record working with major international contractors on complex onshore operations
- Middle East or Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable and will be a key advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMI, APM, or equivalent are preferred
- Deep understanding of contract management, risk frameworks, and change control processes
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not essential
