In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Source and identify potential suppliers to support Engineering material and tooling fixtures
• Obtain quotations for material and tooling fixtures from various suppliers
• Raise Engineering Purchase Requisition's and handle the Purchase Order(PO) until it is closed.
• Run receiving of the material and resolve any issue with delivery
• Prepare shipping invoice and packing list and coordinate the booking of packaging / shipment logistics

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 7 years as engineering support role / engineering coordinator / relevant
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focusing on achieving goals
• Experience in using Oracle is preferred
• Experience in using Inventory software is preferred
• Effective and efficient interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed
• Willing to work on flexible work schedules
• Ability to work with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Bachelor Degree in an engineering / business / degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
• Good collaboration, social skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and an excellent communicator
