As a Director of Finance - CFO here at Honeywell's Tridiumbusiness unit, you will hold a senior leadership position accountable forguiding and overseeing the global finance function. Your role will encompassproviding strategic financial guidance and driving financial performance tofacilitate the growth and success of Tridium. Collaborating closely with thesenior leadership team, you will align financial goals with the overallbusiness objectives. Your expertise in financial thoughtfulness and planning willenable you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-makingacross the organization.

You will report directly to VP CFO of Products in Building Automation as abusiness partner to the VPGM of Tridium. You'll work out of our Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA locations.

In this role, you will impact the success of Tridium by:

- Guiding and overseeing the finance function, including financial planning,budgeting, and forecasting and month end close/reporting
- Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to accelerate organic growthwith accretive margins
- Analyzing financial data and market trends to identify business opportunitiesand risks
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Managing and developing a high-performing finance team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide and oversee the financefunction, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Provide strategic financial guidanceand recommendations to senior leadership
  • Analyze financial data and markettrends to identify business opportunities and risks
  • Ensure compliance with financialregulations and company policies
