Service > Service Delivery > Contract Excellence Department CSE

The Contract Management Team is part of the Vestas Service organization. We're responsible for managing service contracts throughout their lifecycle - from setup, through billing to completion. But we don't stop at operations. Our team actively drives improvements, seeking smarter ways to work and create real impact for the business and our internal partners.

Right now, the team is entering an exciting stage of transformation. We're building a stronger, more connected collaboration between our Szczecin and India-based teams. That means new processes, shared knowledge, and the chance to shape how we work together globally.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving both people and performance. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the daily work of a team of Contract Coordinators

• Ensuring adequate resources and clear priorities to deliver on time and to high standards

• Monitoring quality and efficiency of team performance and reporting progress to your direct manager

• Empowering team members by building their skills, confidence, and product knowledge

• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with team members and delivering annual performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team leadership or coordination roles

• Fluent English (spoken and written); Polish is also required

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience in process optimization and/or migration would be an advantage

• Comfortable working with data and digital tools

Competencies

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, supportive attitude

• Change management skills and the ability to support and guide the team through transformation processes

• Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset - particularly experience in leading teams located in different countries

• Proactive mindset: ability to take initiative and drive results

• Critical thinking, problem-solving and conceptual planning abilities
