Report to: Superintendent

Basic Function: Responsible for ordering equipment and parts as required;controlling and reporting of inventory; issuing and receiving of materials; and may be required to work after designated work shift to receive supply boats.

Duties:

• Requisitioning of materials as directed using the applicable requisitioning system.
• Receipt and verification of incoming materials against manifest and reporting any discrepancy.
• Maintain equipment traceability to and from the vessel utilizing manifests.
• Preparation of shipping manifests for back-loaded materials and equipment.
• Monitoring of waste and hazardous waste, ensuring it is stored as per Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), the vessel's Waste Management Plan and the Helix Environmental Procedures.
• Maintain Material Safety Datasheets logbook.
• Complete other duties and/or projects as required and assigned by management.

Experience: 5 years

Skills: Capable of good decision making; oral communication; and people person.
