What are you going to do

  • Responsible for assisting with the administration of various contracts within the company.
  • Supporting the contract management team in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all contract-related activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate contract processes, maintain documentation, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and align with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and decisions related to contracts.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, legal, finance, procurement) and vendors to gather necessary documentation.


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Prior experience in contract administration or related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
