RESPONSIBILITIES

Phone screening candidates for recruiting
• Schedules interviews
• Initiates pre-employment for potential new hires
• Responsible for onboarding process of new hires
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including managers, employees, and subject matter experts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent GED
• One (1+) years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS and e-learning platforms
