As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, soon to beSolstice Advanced Materials, you willplay a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support toproduction/manufacturing facilities in the US. You will partner with leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives whilesupporting the overall HR strategy. Youwill be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations,and fostering a positive employee experience. Your expertise in HR policies, employee relations and talent managementwill contribute to the success of the organizations you support. In this role, you will be responsible formanaging employee relations, implementing HR programs, and driving continuousimprovement while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You will partner with various HR functions,including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will work closely withbusiness leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidanceand support. This role will supportthree different manufacturing sites in Muskegon, MI, Columbia, MO, and SantaClara, CA.

You will report directly to our HR Director and you'll work out of our Muskegon,MI location. Some travel may be requiredin this role. This role is an on-siterole that would require the incumbent to work five (5) days a week in office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide HRsupport and guidance to managers and employees on various HR matters, includingemployee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs anddevelop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, includingsourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
• Ensurecompliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and companypolicies.
• Manageemployee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriateactions.
• Partnerwith HR COEs to implement HR programs and initiatives, such as talentacquisition, compensation, and benefits.
• Supportthe implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting,performance reviews, and development plans.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training and development needs andfacilitate learning opportunities for employees.
• Driveemployee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Provideguidance and support during organizational changes, including restructures andworkforce planning.
• MaintainHR data and generate reports to support HR metrics and analytics.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6+ years of exceptional experience in HR project management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and bestpractices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, andproblem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships withstakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations,performance management, and employee development.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
