As a Sr Advanced R&D Engineer/Scientist, you will be accountable for leveraging your technical expertise to provide solutions for complex global demand. You will guide the ideation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring alignment with Advance Material's strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and testing of innovative solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of R&D engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and methodologies
• Conduct research to generate thoughtful property (IP) and contribute to patent applications
• Evaluate emerging technologies for their applicability to current and future projects
• Conduct technology assessments to inform strategic decision-making
• Facilitate the transfer of technology from R&D to manufacturing or production teams
• Identify and assess technical and project-related risks
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience guiding research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment
• Master's background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields
• Proven track record of technical guidance and project management
