Job Title: Sr Advanced R&D Engineer/Scientist, SD, ESS

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineer with astrong background in polymer synthesis and application, specializing inadvanced materials and formulations based on silicones, polyimides, epoxies andother polymers. The role will take on the critical responsibility of leadingtechnical innovations, formulating new products, and driving key projects inelectronic materials. This role requires not only technical expertise but alsoeffective collaboration with both external partners and internal teams totransform cutting-edge ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Leadership: Spearhead advancements intechnological materials, focusing specifically on polymer-based electronicmaterials, formulations and related products. Identify emerging trends andseize opportunities within the market to enhance product offerings.
Formulation Development: Lead efforts in developingnew formulations that optimize the properties of materials to ensure peakperformance in electronics applications. Conduct comprehensive research andtesting to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
Market Analysis & Idea Transformation: Staycurrent with industry developments, analyzing market demands to translate theminto actionable innovation strategies. Work in cross-functional teams totransform concepts into viable product solutions.
Collaboration & Networking: Build and maintainrobust relationships with leading universities, research institutes, andstart-ups. Explore and assess opportunities for collaboration while fostering aculture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Project Management: Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and marketing,to drive projects from conception through to commercialization. Ensure thatprojects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.

Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering,Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
Proven experience in polymer synthesis, with an emphasis oncreating high-performance materials such as silicones, polyimides, epoxies,etc.
A solid record of developing innovative material solutionsfor the electronics industry or similar sectors.
Strong analytical abilities to translate market insightsinto practical innovations.
A passion for technological innovation and a commitment toadvancing materials research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to fostereffective relationships with external partners and collaborate productivelywithin teams.
Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically andinternationally as required.
