R&D Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing a teamof talented engineers and scientists, providing technical expertise in areaslike materials and polymer science in industrial, electronics,new energy, thermal, etc. overseeing the development of groundbreakingsolutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and Honeywell'squality protocols. You will report directly to our APAC R&D Leader.
In this role, you will impact the development of innovative solutions, drivingthe R&D projects from concept to commercialization. You will work withcross-functional teams, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contributeto the successful delivery of cutting-edge technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical guidance to the R&D team
• Oversee the development and execution of R&D projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality protocols
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

• 10+years of experience guiding research and development projects within atechnology or manufacturing environment
• Strong technical background in areas such as materials science, polymerscience, chemical engineering, etc.
• Proven track record of technical guidance and project management
• Master degree or advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering,Physics, or another related field
