Your role and responsibilities

In this role, we are looking for Engineers with Industry Domain Expertise to conceptualize, define and build Industry Specific Digital Solutions in our Industrial Automation Digital Organization with strong experience in Electrical maintenance and operations domain. Hand on experience in maintenance of large electrical machineries, generator, motors, transformer, switchgear, drives etc, maintenance strategy, maintenance planning, inspection programs, shutdown/overhauls, condition monitoring, spares planning, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis, failure modes, active participation in RCAs and incident investigations. The work model for the role is : #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Digital Value Engineering division based in Bangalore, India You will be mainly responsible for: • Conceptualize designs for value engineering scenarios to incorporate in digital transformation solutions in the Asset performance management, Maintenance strategy, maintenance planning, inspections, condition-based maintenance, RCM, CBM, Predictive maintenance, Spares management, Workforce management etc. • Work closely with Customers and Business Units to architect and develop customer centric solutions tailored to their requirements • Agile development of digital solution 'Proof of Concepts' to effectively articulate the Customer Value Proposition • Provide industry specific domain insights for rich proposal responses by articulating customer value proposition • Create Functional Specifications for innovative Digital Solution, Develop Base models together with their initial validation • Agile development of customer centric prototypes / 'Proof of Concepts' for focused digital solutions

Qualifications for the role

• Education :- B. Tech/M. Tech- Electrical from good institutes with excellent percentile
• 8+ years of overall work experience in Electrical Maintenance domain for Rotary and Static Equipment with significant portion in the Refinery / Petrochemical/Chemical/Power Generation/Process Domain
• Strong experience in Electrical maintenance and operations domain with good understanding of Industrial Analytics and Enterprise Digital transformation solutions
• Hands on experience in maintenance of large electrical machineries, generator, motors, trans-former, switchgear, drives etc, maintenance strategy, maintenance planning, inspection pro-grams, shutdown/overhauls, condition monitoring, spares planning, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis, failure modes, active participation in RCAs and incident investigations.
• Exposure to reliability matrix and standards, condition-based maintenance, Plant MoC, RCM techniques such as RCFA, FMECA, risk assessment and MTBF analysis of critical rotary equipment
• Experience in software applications like SAP PM, Maximo, Meridium, vibration monitoring tools, MS Office, power System software, Relay embedded is considered an added advantage
