Overview

This Tech Lead role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading the development and technical execution of marketing, eCommerce and portal solutions. This role combines hands-on technical skills and willingness to learn new technology to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead marketing, eCommerce and portal development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Code Quality: Ensure the highest level of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, marketing, eCommerce and portal solutions updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the Magento platform.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes and technical implementations.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical insights, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce and portal development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Technical Skills: AEM, PIM, DAM, Magento, Hybris, Elastic, DB, ETL
• Exposure or working experience with AI is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Magento are a plus.
• Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure or working experience with AI is preferred.
• Integration Experience: Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and web services.
• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools for Magento.
• Security: Understanding of security best practices and implementation within Magento projects.
• Cloud Services: Experience with cloud services such as Azure
• DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• UX/UI: Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.
