As the Building Services Coordinator youwill be responsible for providing technical project support to the FacilityDirector and Building Services Manager. Supportingthe day operations of the site you will be involved in preparing, planning and controllingrefurbishment projects and minor works including subcontractor management.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Assist the Facility Director to manage the contractual requirements of the Project to ensure Honeywell's exposure is minimised and controlled through timely responses and internal escalation
• Overall Management of Honeywell systems including Security (EBI), Honeywell Energy Manager ICT etc. including supervision of Honeywell systems technicians undertaking works on these systems
• Aid the building Services Manager to manage project contracts including development of contracts/ scopes of work, valuing/ certifying payments, valuing variations, accepting finished works, and resolving and negotiating disputes with subcontractors and clients.
• Manager reporting and key operating documents that form part of the contracted deliverables.
• Representing Honeywell in discussion and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables.

KeyExperience & Capabilities:

• Qualification in related Trade Discipline - Mechanical / Electrical
• BMS Technician or Experience with BMS
• Ability to obtain appropriate security clearance / license for the customer site
