As a Machinist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our machining equipment to produce high-quality parts. You will work with precision tools and machinery to create complex components that meet our customers' specifications. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will report directly to our Machining Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our machining processes, ensuring that we meet production goals and deliver top-notch products to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and maintain machining equipment to produce high-quality parts
• Set up and adjust machines according to blueprints and specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a machinist
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining machining equipment
• Strong knowledge of blueprints and specifications
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality parts

• Technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field
• Experience with CNC machining
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
