JOB DESCRIPTION / JOB DUTIES:

• Develop new lead generation for the Commercial Roofing Division
• Execute business to business cold calls to specific calling campaigns
• Lead Qualification to determine if lead information is accurate
• Build business relationships with potential clients and follow-up
• Increase customer database prospecting qualifying potential clients
• Maintain daily phone logs within a CRM system
• Maintain accurate data and update information
• Educate customers on the benefits of our services
• Represent our company and brand in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of directly related customer service, telemarketing or inside sales
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills are a must
• Must be self-motivated and willing to succeed
• Ability to work in an office setting, this is not a remote position.
