Our growing HVAC company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of installation experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished HVAC install tech who will meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and safely install a variety of HVAC equipment. You'll also be responsible for installing indoor air quality and control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you'll be working with industry professionals and customers. You have the technical skills to read and apply blueprints, codes, and manuals to any job, and are comfortable with using HVAC power and hand tools to get the job done. Responsibilities

• Maintain records of completed projects and parts used
• Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
• Communicate with clients on how to properly use and maintain their new equipment
• Outline and join electrical wiring according to the diagram using hand tools
• Probe tubing joints, pipes, and connections for possible leaks

Qualifications

• Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate
• Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics
• Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills
• Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring
