About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team at Arlinghaus Northern Kentucky. As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your work will directly impact the comfort and safety of our clients, making this a crucial role within our organization. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC certification or relevant trade school education
• Experience in HVAC installation or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
