Your role and responsibilities

The Aspire Internship Program provides college students with a valuable opportunity to develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience across various functions and departments through a one-month internal internship. Participants will engage in meaningful projects while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment, fostering both personal and professional growth. You will be accountable for: • Learning about yourself and ABB's global business • Engaging with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills • Aspiring to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars • Demonstrating curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projects • Delivering on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.

• Students who have completed 3rd year university studies before the start of the program
• Desire to learn and grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Great organizational skills
